Everyone is welcome.

However, your dog must be registered with the Kennel Club in order to compete.

For the August 2006 Show you must be a member (you may join on the entry form) & your dog must not be a Challenge Certificate winner.

• Read through the Show Information, the Regulations, Definition of Classes  & then the Classification to decide which classes your dog is suitable to enter

• Print off a copy of the entry form (or write off for a printed copy)

• Using indelible ink, complete the form with the registered name of your dog, its breed, whether it is a dog or a bitch, its date of birth, the breeder & the names of your dog's sire & dam.  Finally add the class numbers in which you wish your dog to be entered

• The cost per class is printed on the top of the entry form, so it should be straightforward to calculate the cost of entering.  Please note that that the cost of classes is less if you are a member - so why not apply for membership at the same time as entering - just add the amount onto your fees.

• Don't forget to order your catalogue at the same time - spare catalogues for purchase on the day are quite scarce ... also, you'll be charged more on the day.

• Add your name & address to the form, read the small print & then don't forget to sign & date your entry.

• Double check that it is completed properly, double check the addition of the fees, write out your cheque & sign it.

• It's a good idea to photocopy your entry form & keep it with the schedule ... or at the very least make a note of the classes that you are entering.

• Put the form & your cheque into an envelope, address, stamp it & post by the closing date. 

• If you wish to have confirmation that your entry has been recieved, please enclose a stamped addressed postcard.

• That's it - look forward to seeing you on the day when you come up to the Secretary's table to collect your ring number & catalogue.
